We currently have had groove for 2 years now, and have renewed our support
contract. However we don't have a support phone number to call, or an email
address to send to. I couldn't find anything on groove.net Does anybody
know if there is a place i could call or email for support?
The problem is we have been upgrading users to 3.0, but it seems that we
have reached some limit and now everytime we upgrade somebody to 3.0 another
person that was on 3.0 gets knocked down to 2.5???? I'm almost positive that
we have more then enough licneses. This is really becomming a problem.
