Move Groove to another machine

Hi,
We have a problem where we are trying to remove a Live Groove to
another machine. Basically, we had Groove running on a machine and
now we are upgrading that user to a new machine. Uninstalling groove
on the old machine is NOT allowing us to reinstall it on the new
machine. It complains we have acivated it too many times (we only
activated ONCE on the old machine).

How do I transfer the licence to a new machine? There's now way we
should have to purchase it again simply due to a machine change (we've
only had it on the old machine about 3 weeks)

Hi Nick,

Just wondered if you found a solution....I am having the same problem and am
VERY unhappy....not to mention that I cannot figure out what to do!

Nope, no luck on a solution thus far including from MS. Between that
and the 'won't stay loggged on issue' (I've posted it in another
thread), I've been forced to stop using it with that client.

This software has some serious issues from what I can see. I won't be
recommending it to anyone until my issues are resolved. It's great
when it works, but sure sucks when it doesn't.
