Restore Account after ReInstallation from Groove

Hello,

I have a Machine but 3 Month ago not used. My Machine are not longer
work and I have installed Windows and Groove.

In our Office, we use a GrooveManagementServer and so I open my
Account on this Server. I want get the AccountBackup, but the Tab
AccountRestore is disabled, I can't download the Account.

Groove on the reinstalled Machine ask me for a Activation-Key, I have
enter this but Groove means that the activation key has already been
used (it is so, the old Account is already exist on the
GrooveManagementServer)

It is important that Fingerprint remains the same, so we can't delete
and add the Account.

Can everybody say us how can we do this?

Hi Maxi.

It looks like your account was never backuped.
I there a way to get you old account file from the old machine.
There is no way to get it back from the server. if it not there then you
have a major problem.

Are there more users who have no account backup file??
