I moved my outlook via windows easy transfer and now my outlook, while it has
all the addresses in my contact folder, when I click To in a new email to add
emails to send, it is blank. I have tried to restore it manually with the
..pst file from the old system to the new, no luck, I assume since the contact
list is fully populated, it won't work.
I went through the kb articles to ensure I am using only one address folder,
although the options are grayed out when I choose properties for contacts.
Anyone else have this problem? I don't want to reload the system, nor office
2007 if I can help it.
