Contact Selector: How to get more information?

Alright so I think i've tried every possible idea and i'm not sure how to
do this. I want to pull more information from the Contact Selector ActiveX
Object. I have done the demos on TechNet to gather DisplayName, AccountID,
and AccountType but i'm trying to pull more than just this basic information.
I know this is possible because when I click add a contact button, the
window that searches Active Directory pulls up Department, Office, etc etc.
So my question is: does anyone know how to add extra fields to this control?
