contact update problem

Hi

Don't know it is a outlook problem or exchange server problem.

User B have delegated his contacts folder to User A. User A help User B to
update & create contact when needed.

After User A updated the contact, User B cannot see the update immediate.
User B need to wait around 2-5 mins before he can see the updated contact.
This problem even occured when User A help User B to create a new contact, B
can't find it immediately.

Is it something related to buffer problems?

The configuration are User A outlook xp with latest service release, User B
outlook 2000 with latest service release too. Exchange server 2000 with SP3
+ rollup.

Please help!!
