I am running Outlook 2000 SP1a. During first inspection
Outlook appears to running fine. I have no problems
clicking the icon and geeting into Outlook or the areas
of "email" and "contacts". However, when I click on a
contact to expand the window and see the notes or click
on the email I would like to review. The program, shows
a send error to Microsoft (Win XP). When I click send,
the whole Outlook program shuts down. I get no other
error messages. In administrative tools I cheked the
Event Viewer, and it shows the error ntdll.dll trouble
locating.
Does anyone have a clue? I've already uninstalled the
program twice, and completed a service pack up grade once.
Any ideals?
Thanks,
mmajor
