Contacts only contain name but not email address

I've set all the company's name and email address in the contacts. But after
sometimes, I notice that the contacts only contain the company name. And I
click on to the company name, it does not contain email address inside. Pls
advice.

I'm using Outlook 2000, I don't know what I've did. I just found out that the
contacts is so weird. It only has the company name but no email address
inside after I double click on it. But for the distribution list, all email
address was listed inside. Pls advice.

You still haven't provided clear information.
List the precise steps you are using to create the Contact Record (including
in what view).
State what you are double clicking.
