Contacts Update Plug-in for Outlook

I have over 400 contacts and am looking for an Outlook Plug-in that allows me
to automatically update my contacts - Sending out a form email with current
info. The recipient updates and sends back - I accept the updates.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
