Contacts vs Business Contacts

I just moved over to Outlook from Eudora (for email) and ACT!5.0 for contact
manager. I couldn't migrate my data from ACT5.0 to Contacts, but could
migrate to Business Contacts and did so. Now I don't know if I should be
using Business Contacts or just Contacts. What is the general consensus on
one vs the other?
