Contacts with multiple email addresses

When I right-click a contact and clik create new message,
all of the contacts email addresses are automatically put
into the "to" line. How can I stop this from happening.
In other words I would like to make one the the contacts
three email addresses the default address.

You can't change that Context menu. Just use a different method to select
the address, like the Outlook Address Book or autocompletion/autoresolution.
