CONTRACTOR UNIT COST

Dear Friends,

I have a question and I will be really very happy if I can get the answer?
I am working as a consultant PM, and I have problems to assign fixed unit
price information for the tasks (ex, pouring conctere per m3, shuttering per
m2 which is a subcontractor task and includes all materials, labour, his
profit etc)and they will be paid on actual measures of work at the end of the
project (I can make it fixed price now and pay % complete, but if they have
less or more quantities than planned which is usual for unit price contracts)
