Control Panel appears then disappears immediately - HELP!!!

Whenever i open the control panel, it appears then vanishes after 1 second..i
already restarted my computer several times ang it still appears athen
vanishes..please help me!! ASAP please!!

hi..i tried the link that you gave..i found out that i already have the
service pack mentioned in the article.. i decided to work around the problem
using the task manager but to my dismay, the task manager isnt responding as
well..

i would greatly appreciate it if you could give me more sites/information ow
to solve my problem/s...thank yo so much!!

im devastated... aside from the control panel and task manager, the system
restore wont appear either and what's worse, even my JD Secure doesnt
respond!!! i dont know what else to do! cant i just do something to return my
computer's origianl settings? im totally freaking out.....
