Control timing of the Windows Media Player when slide is slected.

When drawing the WMP on the slide can the timing be controlled when playing
the presentation.

Video automatically plays when the slide is selected. Unable to find
controls to set the timing.

You are invoking an activex control PPT neither understands nor has control
over. However, if you "package" WMP(insert > object > package) you can
"activate contents" in the animation pane.
