convert .ost files to .pst files

Is there a way to open an offline folders file without an
Exchange email account? Is there a utility to convert
a .ost file to a .pst file so it can be opened in Outlook
without Exchange?
Thanks

If you have not tried to connect to Exchange (open Outlook in offline mode)
you can export your .ost to a .pst file easily. If you have tried to
connect to Exchange (online) or you have changed your profile, then the .ost
file has been orphaned.

There are companies who will sell you a program to recover an orphaned .ost
file - be prepared for some heavy dollars to change hands, however.

luck there. What is the program Exmerge and can it
convert the.ost ot a .pst?

Check ost2pst.exe, it is free and it works.

You can download it from several places, just check with
google.
(http://www.xcopy32.com/email.htm for example)
