Convert Picture to Table

[Struggling]

I received a Word document that has a picture with data embedded in the
picture. I want to get the data out of the picture and put it in a table in
Excel. Is there a way to convert data stored in a picture/object into an
Excel file??

Not sure what type of "picture!" you are talking about but have you tried
copying it and pasting it as text
