Convert ppt to pdf handout

Hi to everyone,

what i want to achieve is to convert my PPT file consisting of 12 slides to
a single pdf file.
I want my pdf to have 2 pages such that each page to have exactly 6
slides(3 pairs of 2 slides-like an array 3*2).
How this could be done?

Go to print, Select "handouts" in "what to print" and make sure you select 6
slides per page.
Then pick "adobe PDF" as printer name. That should do it.

Pick adobe PDF as printer name? I just have a drop down box for a list of
printers I have added. I can't find where you say to pick printer name.

Sorry, right in front of that box it says "Name:" which I took to be printer
name. My apologies.

I don't think "adobe pdf" will appear in the list of printers unless
Adobe Acrobat is installed.

People who don't have Adobe Acrobat can still follow Karolien's steps
using a different PDF driver. I use Pdf995 - it works well and is
free. Download and install the Pdf995 Printer Driver and the
converter from:

http://www.pdf995.com/download.html

To convert a presentation, print it and select PDF995 as the printer.
