Convert Publisher to Word

Open the Publisher 98 publication in Microsoft Publisher 98, 2000, 2002,
or 2003 and then go to File > Save As and change the file type to
Microsoft Word document. Objects will not be carried over, only text.

The first question is why do you want to do this?

You will lose all of the graphics and formatting in the conversion. May I
suggest you create a .pdf file instead?
