Thanks much!

I also tried converting the Pub doc to EPS...then imported it into Adobe
Photoshop; & then converted to PDF. The problem with that method was that
some of the fonts came out as code.

I'll probably wind up going with Acrobat.

Just a thought. There are some inexpensive DTP programs that can output
pdf directly without the need for Distiller. You could save money and
still accomplish your goal.
