Converting a number to text

In a mail merge document I input a number. That number
then needs to be written out in text (very next word).Is
there any way this can be automaticaly done?

You would use two fields
{Mergefield Number \# "#"} {Mergefield Number \*Cardtext}
If the field 'Number' contains 50
the two fields will produce 50 Fifty
