Just as I said Ed - ignore the fools and the Blitishers
Ed if you cannot do the job properly then don't bloody well bother doing it
at all.
In future do not be so damn lazy and reply in a proper and correct manner.

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

Not only possible, but downright easy. Easiest is to install a freeware PDF
"printer" like CuteWriter.

http://www.softpedia.com/get/Office-tools/PDF/CuteWriter.shtml

Install it and print your document to CuteWriter to create a PDF file of
your masterpiece. Naturally, you could do the same if you had Adobe Acrobat
installed, and I don't mean Acrobat Reader, but the full package. There are
other freeware PDF printers out there too.

Yes.

Search the group for PDF and sort by date to get the most up-to-date
information on how to do it.

The groups can also be searched at http://groups.google.com

There's a thread I started further down (maybe found by searching for
Primo) about using this program and the problems with it- when you have
Windows 98 and 98 SE. I've been reading more about this (elsewhere) and the
Primo download site doesn't seem to have anything about it. It can probably
be worked around. I heard from Lexmark (my printer) about it, and they said
to reinstall the printer without other programs loaded. Not sure if this
would allow the printer and Primopdf2 to work at the same time, or not, but
I took it out to get my printer working.

Apparently it's only Primopdf version 2 that has the problem with Windows
98(SE)

If Primopdf verson 1 is available that is okay.

Just wanted to add this FYI

As I've found out version 2 of this doesn't work with Win 98 (and 98 SE)
Version one, if it's available is okay. Maybe problems from installing
version 2 with 98 and 98SE, I had to track down and fix over 2 days. I took
out version 2. Haven't looked for version 1 yet.. Probably not many people
still have Win 98 (SE) and I'm in the processing of getting a new PC which
will have XP in it.

But, wanted to add this FYI The primo site doesn't seem to mention
this, or if it does it's in small print somewhere.

There's a thread about it on this group, elsewhere.

I have a program in (I haven't had time yet to explore) Serif PagePlus8
PDF which might save as PDF (though it might only save it's own files this
way) I haven't tried it yet.
