Converting Flowcharter to Visio?

Hello,

I am running Visio 2000 and I have several files with the old Fowcharter
..flo extension.

I have an old Flowcharter 6.0 that is part of the Micrographix suite.
Everything in the suite still seems to work on WinXP except that the
Flowcharter will not permit me to interact with my files. That is, Open,
Save, etc. will not work. It just blinks and nothing happens. All other
functions work.

So I have two questions:

1. Does anyone have an idea of what I might do to get Flowcharter to open
files?

2. Is there a way to convert the old .flo files into Visio 2000?
