converting from mac to pc

I want to convert my Mac Office progams to run on my new PC. Can I transfer
the software to Windows? Do I need to upgrade my software? Is the license
good for a PC or do I need to buy a whole new copy for the PC?

Office for Mac will only run on Mac. You will need to purchase a Windows
version to run. The documents can, however, be opened on the Windows
version.
