Converting old versions of Office documents

If there a way to batch convert older versions of Office documents (Word,
Excel) to Office 2007 without having to open each document and save it back
again? Thanks for your help.

Hi Bill,

If you're migrating to Office there are large scale tools available in the Office 2007 Migration and Planning Manager (OMPM) tools.
