Converting Publisher File?

Hi folks. Is there an option to Export, Save As or anything that will
allow for saving a Publisher file, so it can be read on a Mac?

There sure is! Well, it's not quite as simple as Save As
but.................. It's called a .pdf file.

In addition to JoAnn's reply, you can do a File > Save As and change to the
file type to an image, such as gif/jpg etc which a Mac can read.
