Converting Quattro Pro to Excel

How do I convert a Quattro Pro format spreadsheet into an
Excel version 2003 worksheet? Is this process described
in Microsoft's manual titled Step by Step-Excel 2003? How
is it listed and in what section?

I sometimes use Quattro Pro 9.

To save a Quattro Pro 9 spreadsheet in Excel format, from the menu:
File > Save As > [In the dropdown box "File Type"] select "Microsoft Excel
97", then click on Save.

Excel 97 files are readable by Excel 2003.
