Copy Address book

Have Outlook 2007 on my PC and laptop. Cannot figure out how to copy
the Address Book from the PC to the laptop. Would appreciate info on
how to do this. Thanks

You can copy them to a separate pst-file and copy that pst-file to your
other computer. Then connect to it via File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...
and copy the items you need.
