Copy and Paste a ToolBar?

I had to completely redo a major macro project by exporting and then
reimporting the modules and forms into a new document. (This cleaned it up a
lot, even tho' I had been using a form cleaner). But the toolbars that I
created in the orginal project seem untouchable.

Can I move a toolbar them to another project thru a copy and paste routine that
I just do not see? If not, can I see what commands are associated with each
button in the bar?

CommandBars() hold each toolbar. You can copy them using the
Organizer.
