copy and paste from word to publisher

When I copy from word and paste into publisher only the first line seems to
apear as pasted. The incon seems to be at the end of the full text which is
not visible. what can I do?

Are you creating a text box first? If not, after the paste, expand the text box
Publisher created. I'm not sure what *incon* means.
It might be helpful to open the Office Clipboard in both Word and Publisher, it
is in the Edit menu.

Many thanks for your help. I believe the problem may be with this section of
the word document. Other sections of the document seem to paste across fine
and are visible. In this section only I get the first line visible when
copied across to publisher and the rest of the text is invisible although it
is still there. I have tried to highlight change colour etc. I am aware it is
there as it moves the text after further down and the icon seems to be
flashing at where the text should end. When I copy and paste the same section
withn the word document it pastes fine. It only seemsto dissapear when posted
into Publisher. Once again many thanks

You might try importing the entire Word document and then deleting the parts you
don't need. Create a text box, right-click the box, click change text, click
text file, browse to the Word document.
