copy and paste

I have the following part number "235594, 235595, 234980, 235601, 234972" in
cell B1.
How can I copy and paste so that each of the part number appear individually
separate cell?
235594 in B2, 235595 in B3 and so on?

Point to cell B1. Select Data -> Text to columns -> Delimited -> Next ->
check the box entitled comma -> select Finish. Your numbers should now be in
the range B1:F1.

One method.......

Make sure you have enough empty columns(4 in your example) to the right.

With B1 selected go to Data>Text to columns>Delimited by space and Finish.

Select C1:F1 and Copy.

Select B2 and Edit>Paste Special>Transpose>OK>Esc.

Whoops!

Make that "space and comma delimited" to get rid of the commas and the spaces
both.
