copy contains from cell to cell w/ formula

I want to copy a number from a cell to and other with out copying the formula.
also keep up dating the nuber that is copied.

Sounds like you want to reference the contents of the cell. Example if
formula is in A1 and your cell is B1, then in B1 put =A1
