Copy emails to another computer

How do I copy emails in my inbox and sent items from one
computer to another? I am using Windows 2000 and Office
XP- Outlook (not Outlook Express).

Find and copy your pst file.

Export them to a file using the File>Import Export
procedure.

Copy it onto the other PC then do the same procedure, but
import them an not export.

Is it just them two folders that you want, if yes then export the folders
using the import/export command from the file menu, if you want all of the
