Copy / Paste Aggravation

In Outlook 2002, we have become increasingly frustrated with a quirk in
the program. When we are creating contacts, using the dialog to add or
modify a new contact, we cannot cut or paste information into, or out of,
any field in the dialog. For some reason, the program either purges or
ignores the data in the clipboard. We have tried using the menu options to
cut and paste, rather than the keyboard shortcuts, but this is also to no
avail. Has anyone experienced the same problem or know of a work-around?
As a simple test, just try copying the content of a field from one contact
into another.

Try the Drag and Drop method as a work around. It should
work.
