Copy & Paste from Internet to Publisher 2003

I recently installed Publisher 2003 (I had Pub. 98). I was used to being
able to copy an article (text) from the internet and put it into a text box
in columns. When I tried to do this in Pub. 2003 it gave me about 5 text
"tables" all locked together. After ungrouping and one-by-one deleting each
box I finally got to the box with my pasted text. Then when I went to make
it into two columns, I couldn't do that either. Publisher 2003 has
frustrated me. Publisher 98 seemed to be so much easier to run.

Thank you. I tried it like you said and it worked, but how do I make it into
two columns?

1. Right click in the text box, choose Format Text box from the menu that
opens, click on the Text Box tab. Click on the Columns button and select the
number that you wish.
2. Alternatively, click on the Columns button on the task bar and select the
number that you wish.

Chuck,
Thank you! I tried it both recommended ways and it worked. Publisher 98
was still easier to use, but I guess I will get used to this version.
