Copy / Paste Special

When I copy a portion of an Excel spreadsheet, then switch to PowerPoint and
select Paste-Special, sometimes I get a short list of 3 ways to paste the
coped data (HTML Format / Formatted Text (RTP) / Unformatted Text), or
sometimes I get a longer list, which contains the "Picture" option (the
option I usually want).

I don't know what is causing this difference.

How can I ensure I always get the long list of paste special options?

Bill,
Don't know if it will help but, in Excel select your data, hold down the
shift key and choose Edit - Copy picture. In Powerpoint you will be able to
paste as a picture. This works for me here, hope it does for you too.

So far your suggestion is working 100% of the time. Perfect solution. This
problem was really holding me up. Thanks again.
