if you're not comfortable with VBA, i don't think i can
tell you how to do this and make sense to you. but i can
show you how, if you want to send me a copy of your db. if
so, do the following:
1. make a copy of your db
2. delete all proprietary data (but enter a couple fake
records so i have data to work with)
3. compact the copy.
4. zip it, if necessary, to under 2 MB
email the copy to me, i'll fix it up and send it back so
you can see how i did it.
