Copying Certificate to another Outlook

I am archiving old Outlook files on another computer. I want to be able to
read the encypted emails on the other computer.

Can I copy the certificate on the source computer to a 2nd computer and be
able to read encrypted emails?

I see functions like export which implies to me once I do that I lose the
certificate on the source computer.

Seems to me you've asked this question twice already and were answered twice.

There's no good way to do this. Port the certificate to the other PC as well.
