Copying E-mail to new computer

I am installing outlook onto a newer computer but I still
want my e-mails from my old computer to be added on to my
new computer.

where does outlook store the e-mails on my hard drive so I
can copy them over

You did not say what Operating System you were using {XP,'98'ME}, or what version of Outlook
