Hi Mitch,
If you're talking about coping an entire Workbook in one
operation, I don't believe you can without the use of a
macro. But you can copy a worksheet to a new book and
rid that sheet of the links.
First copy the sheet to a new Workbook. Then select
(highlight) and copy all cells with data or formulas in
them. Then paste special--value back into that sheet in
the same cells. All links will be gone and the data only
will show. If you were talking about an entire Workbook,
just do each sheet as above.
