copying macro buttons

Is it possible to copy and paste a button from one
worksheet to another and keep the formula in the button?
When I copy and paste I loose the formulas in the button.
I have also tried to cut, copy and paste and once again
the formulas in the original button do not appear. Thanks
for your help.

hi,
what do you mean "formulas IN the button"?
command buttons to my knowlege do not contain formulas.
they invoke action usually by runing code. the code is
assigned to the sheet on which they reside. when you copy
the button it doesn't not copy the code because the code
in not inside the button. you will have to copy the code
and move it to the new sheet also.
