Copying macros

Any one tell me (a beginner) how to copy macros from one worksheet to another
without them performing calculations on the original sheet. I am using a sheet
for each month.

Vail, care to post the code you are using? Are you referencing a sheet in
the code? something like Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A1") = "2", if so to make
it for the active sheet try something like Range("A1") = "2"
