Copying

Can I copy an entire document to another blank sheet,
without having to change the row heights, and column
width each and every time?

Also, how do I create more blanks sheet for this?

If you mean copy a sheet to another sheet/workbook? Right click the sheet
tab,
select move or copy, check create a copy and select where you want it.
If you want to copy an entire workbook just save it under another name
