Corrupt file in outlook...won't open...HELP!!!

I need some help...please!!! I received a message today from my local ISP and something about this mesage locks up Outlook. It does not load the message view (content) window and hangs at this point everytime I try to start it up. The mouse or keyboard don't work and says "Mail delivery complete" in the bottom right corner and the mail icons move, but nothing ever happens. Is there a program or way to open the PST file and delete this one message? Any help is greatly appreciated

Can you succesfully start Outlook in saf mode? This will disable the Preview
Pane so the content won't be loaded.
Start-> Run and then type (with quotes and check your path to Outlook.exe)

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe" /safe

Sorry, but I did not give any info on the version I am running. I am running Outlook 2000 on a Win2K machine.

Roady, your the best! I was able to delete the file and everything is working perfectly. I really appreciate the help
