Corrupted Project Plan

We have a project plan that was created but we get the following error
message when trying to save the project:

An unexpected error occurred during command execution. Try the following:
1) Verify that all argument names and values are correct and are the correct
type. 2) You may have run out of memory. To free up available memory, close
programs, projects, or windows that you aren't using.

I have plenty of memory so that is not the problem. I went to delete the
project through PWA but it does not show up.

Does anyone know how to remove this project from wherever it is at???
