Corrupted Word Document

Hi
My Microsoft Office Crashed and word document is
corrupted and i am not able to open the same.
I tried all options in Microsoft Word
Can anyone suggest something for this problem

Try the 'Retrieve text from any file' option on Word's File > Open dialog.
If that fails, delete the document and move on.
