Could not complete the operation

Hello,

I'm having a problem with some users at my office. Whilst most of the users
can search in "All mail folders", some of them get an error message saying:
Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid.
We're using outlook XP. I tried to reset views and folders, but that didnt
work.
Does anybody know what to do?
