could not edit the powerpoint

I try to edit the powerpoint but i could not.It just got stuck down
there.Even though i tried to install the powerpoin again and agian, I still
could not edit it!What should i do?

You'll have to give us more information, particularly what you mean by "It
just got stuck down there." What version of PowerPoint do you have? Do you
have the full version of PowerPoint or just the Viewer (you can't edit with
the Viewer). What messages are you getting when you try to edit. What type
of a file are you trying to edit (e.g. is it a .pps or .ppt)? Is it
possible that the PowerPoint you are trying to edit has a password? Where
did you get it from?
