Coverting a publisher file to JPEG

A

April

I need some help. In the past, several times, I have
converted a publisher document in to a JPEG file. Now for
some reason, I can not remember how I did it. Does anyone
have any suggestions???

If you are working with 2002 - select all images on the
page (CTRL A) and Right-Click on it and choose "Save
Picture As" ... it will defaul to a gif but you can select
jpg from the drop-down list.

In Publisher 2002, File > Save As... > JPEG

What about in PUBLISHER 2000?

You could try SnagIt from www.techsmith.com - you can print to the SnagIt
printer and it will convert each page to a picture file.

Go to file tab, and select "save as". Beneath the title
name it has file types. Choose the arrow next to the
file type and choose "Graphics Interchange Format (.gif)
or JPEG Interchange format (.jpg). After making your
selection, name your save and choose your directory to
save to. (ie. My documents Folder) If you go to that
folder and select your newly named file, it should open
in picture view. I do this to cut and past full created
documents and flyers with pictures embedded to post to
the web.
