CPS files

i have been sent a picture, supposedly, which has the file extension CPS. I
cannot find any software to open it, but believe it might be an old corel
file. The file was last used in 1999!

Thanks

Filext does say it is a colored post script file. I don't know about PhotoHouse or
PrintHouse.
There are files here that might help... I looked through a few of the folders, the
ones I did look at did not have extension information, maybe you will be luckier.

Can you send the file to me? I have nearly every version of Corel from version 3 on
up. Maybe one of the older versions will open it. Are you sure it isn't a cpx file?

I confess that come come in under an alias. I am Frank Russell and have used
MS Publisher since 1997 and this forum for many years and have even been able
to answer the odd question as well! I publish magazines using MSP but I had
to stop using it when I needed to output with CMYK to make PDFs for my
printer, but 2003 version lets me do this and so I am delighted to be using
it again. a great program for simple souls like me. I am using my wife's
hotmail address to log in to save time as I do not have one, but am not quite
sure how I can send this file to you. I have Corel and I cannot open it
either. I am happy to give an e-mail address here if that is wise?

Thanks for help. glad to see that you are still helping Publisher people!

You can fake the address so I will understand it, sort of like this:

I have many old programs, it occurs to me the old HiJaack 95 could open anything, but
it certainly did a number on the computer. I have 4 working computers, one has 95 and
another 98. Maybe AmiPro?

I have sent file hopefully to right address! I have tried Lotus wordpro, but
no luck and it has been suggested that it might be an old Word Perfect file.

Thanks for help - Frank

Gosh! I miss PC Tools. Excellent program. Too bad it didn't like Win 98. It
barely tolerated Win 95.
