Crash On Startup

I'm trying to use groove 2007 and it crashes on startup. No splash screen or
anything. I've tried it on a vista machine and an XP pro machine. Any
suggestions?

What do you mean by crash? What is the exact behavior you are seeing?

Also, has Groove ever worked for you? Have you gotten to the point of
creating an account in Groove?

By crash i mean it doesn't load at all. In the task manager groove.exe shows
for a second then disappears. It doesn't get to the point of creating an
account.

I found the solution myself! No thanks to this useless forum!

It was a conflict with
MSO.dll, replacing c:\windows\system32\MSO.dll with the one Groove comes with
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\MSO.dll
